Take I-15 to the 5300 south exit (Exit 300).
Go west (toward Taylorsville) on 5300 south.
Turn north (right) on College Drive (480 W - first light west of the freeway).
Travel approx. 0.2 miles
Look for driveway to building 5242 on the left (west).
Continue into the complex and turn left at the first "street".
The entrance to the clinic is on the south (right) side of the building.
