Kathryn Hopkins

Kathryn Hopkins earned a B.A. in Elementary Education and Special Education and a Master of Education degree in Reading from the University of Delaware. She was a Special Education teacher in the Delaware public schools for 6 years before relocating to Utah. In focusing on reading intervention, she became certified as a WRS Level II Certified Wilson® Dyslexia Therapist. She is excited to be joining the UURC team and continuing to learn research-based instructional models to support students that have challenges with their reading development.
