Jessi Pitcher

Jessi Pitcher earned her B.S. in Elementary Education with minors in TESOL and Dual Immersion Education from Brigham Young University. She taught as a Spanish teacher in the DLI program at Parley's Park Elementary School for six years, both in 1st and 4th grade. During her time as a DLI teacher, she focused on early Spanish literacy acquisition and interventions, as well as boosting primary language skills for ELL students. As a part of the UURC team, she is looking forward to receiving training in all models and is committed to the continued development of the Spanish curriculum.
